Again I am so late but didn’t get much time to write in the past month, so sorry for all who have been waiting for this post.
With this post I am bidding my official farewell for “Guesthouse Daughters“. Although the program have kept drifting away from its title with less focus on the daughters and seeing very few interactions between them but I still appreciate giving the opportunity to see those actresses together in this show.
Since the show ended we again miss our dose of Lee Da-hae and suffer from a drought as usual but I still hope we get something new from Da-hae before this year ends.
Till then hope you spend good time reading this recap ^^
It has been sometime since we saw Lee Da-hae recording any new CF or Ad. But good thing that a new promo has come out from ANYA cosmetics for their new product (CERAMIDE) featuring our girl.
Judging from Da-hae’s look here, I think this was recorded recently. And who knows may be she can really resume her activities fully as their model now since the Korean-China relationships are now better.
We actually got news recently that Da-hae got contacted by a Chinese company and was invited to attend some event soon. Not sure if the company is ANYA or not but it seems we may have chance seeing her active in China again and hopefully we can also see her Chinese drama “My Goddess, My Mother” soon with this development since the news also mentioned that her agency were notified that it will air soon *crossing fingers*
It is better late than never, right? 😉
As promised and now that the task seems easier knowing that I don’t have much left to do since the program ended, here is another recap for “Guesthouse Daughters“. Will start with 3 episodes and then the rest in another post.
Personally my first impression with the new format was quite nice with episodes 6 and 7 being genuine, more real and in which I could relate so much to the students and boarders in the houses the cast visited.
I thought they did prepare well for the reformatting but then after seeing it turning into a cooking program which I didn’t like, I started to realize that they still didn’t do their homework even in the second round and they seemed to try different trendy things like cooking or sports in hope they gain higher ratings which apparently didn’t happen 😦
But with that said, overall I do like the program in its second version more than its first. And now without further ado, lets get to the recap of my favorite parts of Lee Da-hae in Episodes 6, 7 and 8!!
First congratulations to Yoon So Yi on her wedding which was held on 22nd May. She is a very nice girl and I wish her and her husband happiness in their married life ❤
Lee Da-hae updated her Instagram on the same day telling that she was actually sick in for the past few days as she suffered from some allergy reaction duo to spring weather although she is smiling and appear to enjoy spring weather in the picture below, she was actually going to hospital. She mentioned that she takes more time to recover lately and warned fans to take care of spring weather. I hope she fully recover soon 😦
But her illness didn’t stop her from attending her best friend’s wedding. She was so low key there but at least we saw her taking group picture among other celebrities with the bride and groom.
See the rest of updates below ^^
It has been some time since I posted recaps for “Guesthouse Daughters” but don’t worry I still plan to do that, I am just not in the mood to write lately 😦
Till I post the recaps, here are some BTS and stills for Lee Da-hae from the latest episodes. May be due to the show not doing good in ratings and not being that popular, KBS has stopped updating their blog or releasing news with some stills of the show which is a pity since it means we won’t get much HD stills if this continues in the future but thanks to fans we still got some BTS from the filming posted on SNS.
In another news, Leeteuk from Super Junior is now part of the family so expect to see him very often from now on 😉
Now check the stills, BTS pictures and videos for episodes from 6 to 11 below 🙂
It has become very rare to see Lee Da-hae attending any public event in the past few years and so it is always great to see her in one.
It has been over than a year since the last time we saw her attending such event in Korea. This time she attending the launching ceremony of new cosmetics brand VIVLAS at Shilla Hotel in Seoul along with the other Guesthouse Daughter Park Si Yeon. Have to say that the brand’s lipstick design is so elegant 🙂
Although her presence is already enough to make me happy but I am more happy because I am finally satisfied with her look after many fails lately ❤
I would preferred her with simpler and smaller earrings but I quite love the makeup and how colorful she looks overall which is very suitable for spring and OH THAT SHOES!! someone please donate one to me 😉 😀
Check more pictures and video below in addition to her latest SNS update ^^
Before taking a look into the brand new Guesthouse Daughters which aired its first episode on March 28th, here is a recap for my favorite moments in episode 4 and 5 and as usual mostly focused on Lee Da-hae 😉
I did personally enjoy those two episodes more than the previous ones and I am quite thankful for that since those episodes marked the last time we see the whole family together so I wanted this to be a memorable farewell as much as possible.
Now, Lets Start!!
